Minidiecast Return Policy

This policy applies to all collectible items purchased from Minidiecast that arrive with manufacturing defects or significant damage not previously specified in the product description.

What will we do if your item arrives defective or damaged?

If your collectible item arrives defective or damaged, we'll refund you 100% of the money you paid for it. We'll also cover all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item.

How do I initiate a return for a defective or damaged item?

To begin the return process for a defective or damaged item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible: Send us an email to minidiecastchile@gmail.com or write to us on our WhatsApp number within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide details and evidence: Include your order number, a detailed description of the defect or damage, and attach clear photos or videos showing the problem. This will help us quickly assess the situation.
  3. Wait for our instructions: Once we've reviewed your case, we'll send you detailed instructions for returning your item.

Important considerations:

  • This policy only covers manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping that were not disclosed prior to purchase. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, drops, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear if the item is pre-owned and so specified.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the returned item to verify defect or damage before processing the refund.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the defective item. We will notify you when the refund has been issued.
