Refund Policy
Exchanges
Minidiecast SpA. does not offer a satisfaction guarantee, therefore, it will not refund money or exchange for another product if it does not meet the customer's expectations, whether in terms of use, proportion or quality.
Therefore, the legal guarantee will only be applied if the product has a factory defect, or is not suitable for the intended use; among other situations mentioned in the Consumer Law.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to minidiecastchile@gmail.com to coordinate the return and new shipment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at minidiecastchile@gmail.com.
Shipping
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. You must coordinate with us in advance the shipping method. Write to us at the following email minidiecastchile@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
